【彩虹蛋糕制作方法】


材料:低筋面粉65克、鸡蛋2个、牛奶3大匙、色拉油2大匙、糖5大匙、泡打粉2/3小匙、塔塔粉1/4小匙、盐1/4小匙、已打发的鲜奶油和色素各适量

Things You'll Need:
1 box of white cake mix
1 - 12 oz can of Sprite
Gel food coloring

1 - 8 oz tub of whipped topping
1 package of instant vanilla pudding

Pour one can of Sprite into one box of white cake mix. You do not add eggs, oil or water to the mix as the package will indicate. It will be lumpy.


Separate the batter evenly into 6 bowls. Stir in color to each bowl using an separate spoons for each color.

Use this time to mix up your frosting for your cake. Mix together one 8 oz tub of whipped topping with one box of pudding mix. You can also color your frosting with the dye previously used.

比較簡單省略的做法:

1.面粉和泡打粉过筛两次备用
2.牛奶,色拉油与三大匙糖混合,用力搅拌至糖融
3.筛入以过筛的面粉和泡打粉

4.用橡皮以‘翻书’的动作轻手均匀
5.再加入蛋黄同样轻手拌匀备用
6.另取一碗
7.蛋白加入塔塔粉打至起泡,再加入两大匙糖
8.继续打至硬性

9.取过装有面粉和塔塔粉的碗
10.先取三分之一蛋白与蛋黄面糊混合

11.将整盆蛋黄糊倒入蛋白泡沫中,快速轻手拌匀成蛋糕面糊
12.将面糊倒入已垫底纸的模具中,刮平表面,烤箱预热150度,放入底层烤制二十五分钟,出路后便可脱模
13.蛋糕横切成两块,加上新鲜奶油重叠在一起,再切两半,在一面涂上鲜奶油
14.两半合在一起,用鲜奶油均匀涂抹表面
15.最后用小号菊花嘴挤上不同颜色的鲜奶油装饰即可
